ARIZONA TEACHERS’ CLASSROOM PREPARATION AND TRAINING

As required by the Arizona Department of Education, all candidates must complete 45 required hours of the state-approved Structured English Immersion (SEI) course. Once enrolled in Arizona Teachers, you will gain instant access to your SEI course through our partner, Educational Solutions. The course generally takes 1-2 weeks to complete and consists of 9 online modules.
To prepare for the classroom, you are required to complete Field-Based Experience (FBE) hours. A total of 9 FBE hours are required, and you can complete them all fully online.
