Required to #GetHired

Interim Teaching Certificate

You must secure your Interim Teaching Certificate through the Michigan Department of Education; request it by submitting the “I Got a Job” form in your Intern Portal.

Background Check

As required by the Michigan Department of Education, you must submit fingerprints to undergo a national criminal history background check to obtain your Interim Teaching Certificate.

CPR/First Aid

To become eligible for hire, you must obtain your CPR and First Aid Certification. This training only takes one day and is required by the Michigan Department of Education.
