Are You Eligible?

You’re only eligible for the discount if you’re currently enrolled and have not completed your Classroom Readiness Training and your FBEs. Terms and Conditions*.

Here’s how to earn a $100 discount:

  • Complete your required Classroom Readiness Training modules located on the “Training Progress” page within your Intern Portal. The “Pre-Service Training” on your “What’s Next Checklist” must be checked off. If your intern portal is not updating, please call us at (919) 750-8474.

Here’s how to earn a $200 discount:

  • Complete the $100 discount requirements detailed above.
  • Complete and submit required Field-Based Experience (FBE) hours. Great news – all 30 FBE hours may now be completed online! If you have already started your classroom observation hours, but have not yet finished, you may use your previous hours. Check your FBE hour submissions and statuses by going to the “Field-Based Experience” tab in your Intern Portal. *

*If you only complete your FBE hours, but do not complete your Classroom Readiness Training, you are not eligible for any discount.

When you have completed the discount requirement(s), it’s time to submit your completed work and collect the discount you’re eligible for! To submit your completed work, you’ll be asked for following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Last Module Completion

You can find the date of your last completed module in the “Training Progress” tab in the intern portal.
