It was another great year for Texas Teachers! Many people achieved their dream of becoming a teacher through our program and we helped our Texas school districts find the high-quality staff they need!
2019 in review:
- 25,000+ people applied to be a Texas Teacher through our alternative certification program
- 12,000+ people enrolled in the Texas Teachers certification program
- 6,500+ new teachers started their careers in 2019 through Texas Teachers
Our incredible team worked so hard to make sure every child has a great teacher and every person who wants to teach has a route to the classroom!
