I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Anthony L. truly deserves the recognition. I've been in the Teachers of Tomorrow program for over six months, and every time I've called, I've received good customer service. However, my experience with Anthony L. was exceptional. He was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question I had and even explained the background behind the process, which gave me a much better understanding. That extra effort is something you don't often experience. At no point did I feel rushed. Anthony made sure I understood everything before ending the call, and his willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful process much easier. Excellent customer service should never go unnoticed. Even with a busy and stressful schedule, I wanted to take the time to recognize Anthony L. for his outstanding support.
