I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Monica Smith, an Enrollment Specialist with Texas Teachers. Monica made the process of getting back into the program incredibly easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, caring, compassionate, and extremely patient. She took the time to walk me through each step of the re-enrollment process and made sure I fully understood everything before we disconnected. I never felt rushed or like I was just another person on the phone. Monica genuinely cared about helping me get back on track and making sure I felt confident about the next steps. This was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had on the phone with Texas Teachers. Monica's professionalism, kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. Monica is the best! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with the Texas Teachers program. I would also highly recommend that Texas Teachers consider having Monica help train other enrollment specialists to provide the same level of care, patience, and excellent customer service that she provided to me. I had a great experience with Texas Teachers of Tomorrow. Michael, my program advisor, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my welcome to the program. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answer my questions, and help me understand the steps I need to take to earn my SOE as soon as possible. Starting a teacher certification program can feel overwhelming, but Michael made me feel much more confident and prepared about what comes next. I had a fabulous experience with this entity from day one. In a world where one often feels like just a number, and companies defer to AI and other impersonal means of communication, this was a rare exception. When I had a question, I spoke to someone over the phone. When I had an issue, I was met with personal attention and genuine sincerity. From follow-up calls just to make sure I was still on track; to birthday wishes, I am deeply thankful to TOT for their continued vested interest in a successful outcome. This was the biggest decision I made in my adult life, and each step of the way I felt supported, heard, and I had access to the right resources. One name in particular that stood out, Ms. Keih "Kei Kei" Andre, deserves a special shoutout. She took the time to talk me through those difficult days when I wasn't sure if I still had it in me to carry on -- and wasted no time in getting me over the information and tools needed to keep pushing forward. Her encouragement and professionalism were unparalleled. She is truly doing God's work in helping folks better their lives and pursue their dreams. All in all, I'd say for anyone who is on the fence about this particular program, or still shopping -- look no further. I'm so glad that this was the route that I chose when it came to this journey.
