When I just started my certification, a few years ago, their customer service was not the best. They have improved greatly, they have knowledgable advisors that can always help with any questions. Richelle M. was great!

I have been in this program for awhile and everything is so well-thought-out. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, everyone is knowledgeable and has an answer. Today I spoke with KeihAndre and she went above and beyond to help me with information and give great encouragement. I was recommended to try this program and I am so glad I didnt go with any other program.
