I had an excellent experience with KeihAndre W. who assisted me. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood the information I needed. What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had all the knowledge, resources, and requirements necessary to successfully complete my courses. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping me succeed made a significant difference. I truly appreciate her outstanding support and would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance.

I previously left a bad review of the program due to a misunderstanding. However, Brenda personally gave me a phone call, listened to my complaint, and swiftly settled the matter I had. Mistakes happen and I’m very thankful that she reached out to me and helped with reaching to a solution to my problem.
