I cannot speak highly enough about Desiree and the incredible assistance she provided during my journey with the Texas Teachers of Tomorrow program. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly genuinely supportive. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about helping others reach their goals. I truly appreciate her commitment and care and look forward to connecting with her again.

I had the pleasure of speaking with LaDashe today. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered in life. Texas Teachers is ONLY getting 5 stars, because the ONE phone call that i had today with KeihAndre (KeiKei). She was so pleasant and helpful after a long day of terrible customer service phone calls! From now on, I will call and only ask for KeiKei. TT is not user friendly. It’s so hard and complicated for no reason! KeiKei is the ONLY reason i’m staying! Thank you KiKi!

This is my second time around. I started the Teaching Certification program years ago, but I took a corporate job before completing it. The course is more involved now and the resources are better. Today I spoke with Desiree, who gave me amazing advice. I really appreciated her encourage as well.
