KeihAndre has the best customer service there is! She helped me when I was very frustrated. great communication and she also followed through with her word. I had an outstanding experience working with Kei-Kei yesterday. She helped me resolve an issue that should have been addressed five years ago—something I was never informed about. Even though the situation was complicated, she stepped in without hesitation and didn’t leave work until everything was completely resolved. She even went above and beyond by bringing in additional support and staying late to make sure I didn’t lose my job because of this long-overlooked mistake.

Kei-Kei was patient, kind, and truly listened to all my concerns. Her dedication and compassion made all the difference, and the issue was fully solved thanks to her hard work.
