Mrs. Keke, Mrs. KheiAndre was truly a blessing to me. First off her knowledge of requirements for Texas Teachers is second to none. I’ve had many advisors who were not educated on the requirements and ultimately it cost me and additional year in this program. Not only was she informed on the requirements but her elegance, grace and patience stood out the entire time she was on the phone with me. She walked me through all the steps I need to finish on my end and also informed me on what to expect from Texas Teachers. Mrs. Kei Kei is a blessing and should be treated as such because I know she is shinning her light for everyone to see!!!!

I would like to recognize Ms. Donna D. from Arizona Teachers of Tomorrow for the outstanding service she provided during my onboarding process. I had originally scheduled a portal walkthrough with another representative for 1:00 PM CST. Unfortunately, the appointment was missed, and I did not receive a call or email at the scheduled time. Concerned that I might have to reschedule, I called the office at approximately 1:09 PM, and Ms. Donna D. answered my call. From the moment she picked up, Ms. Donna immediately reassured me that everything would be fine and that she would personally walk me through the process. She patiently guided me through my portal step by step, ensuring I understood every requirement and next step. She was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, friendly, and incredibly informative. No question was too small, and she took the time to answer each one thoroughly while encouraging me throughout the process. What impressed me most was her willingness to step in and help, even though she was not the person originally scheduled to meet with me. Her prompt response and dedication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. By the time the original representative called me back at 2:36 PM, Ms. Donna D. had already completed my onboarding and addressed all of my concerns. While I appreciated the follow-up call, Ms. Donna had already ensured that my time was not wasted. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Ms. Donna D. exemplifies it. Her professionalism, patience, kindness, and commitment to helping others reflect very positively on Arizona Teachers of Tomorrow. I am truly grateful for her assistance and believe she deserves recognition for going above and beyond to support prospective educators.
