I previously left a bad review of the program due to a misunderstanding. However, Brenda personally gave me a phone call, listened to my complaint, and swiftly settled the matter I had. Mistakes happen and I’m very thankful that she reached out to me and helped with reaching to a solution to my problem. Overall, I have heard very good things about TToT from my fellow certified teachers at my school district. I’m looking forward to starting my journey to teaching certification with this program 😊

Desiree was very patient, professional and knowledgeable at helping me submit my interaction summaries and reflection questions. I appreciate her willingness and patience to me understand and navigate the process to get my questions submitted to be graded. Am so grateful for Ms. Desiree again thank you for all your help an excellent job .

Tajay was very helpful and knowledgeable about the things that I needed to do. What meant the most to me was hearing him say that he wanted me to complete my internship successfully and that I was not alone. That really made me feel supported and appreciated. I highly recommend speaking with Kei-Kei W. She did an amazing job helping me today. I now have a better understanding of how the program works and how job eligibility works while in the program. I will only ask for her from now on. She knows her stuff and she is happy to help.

I honestly did not know what to expect going into the last part of the process, because some of the communication early on was lacking, however my mentor/advisor, Dr. Debra Nelson, completely exceeded every expectation I had. From day one, she was professional, responsive, supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely mindful of my situation throughout the entire journey. No matter what came up — communication, coursework guidance, reviews, scheduling, encouragement, or simply keeping me informed — she was always on top of everything. Her consistency, patience, and dedication made the process easy! She truly cares and her follow through made all the difference for me. I cannot express how thankful I am for her support and guidance. People always say “save the best for last,” and in my case, that could not have been more true. Dr. Debra Nelson was truly the very best part of this experience. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

Thanks Tajay J for providing so much clarity! The rules and requirements can be quite convoluted and not always clearly explained in the information on their website/portal, but a representative from the program reached out to me and explained everything in detail. Very helpful!
