Huge Shout out goes to Ms. Desiree for her helping me with this continuous problem of looking for my transcripts so that I can take my certification test. I was calling almost day to day and she found out by the time that it was a name change with my maiden name and made sure to stay consistent when telling me she would look into it and get back with me, and she did so In a timely manner. I’m very grateful for her help because I was truly stressing. Thank you very much for putting in your hard work and effort.
