I would like to recognize Jeremy for the outstanding support, patience, and guidance he provided during my Teachers of Tomorrow program review process. Jeremy took the time to thoroughly explain the different pathways and steps I needed to pursue, not only to successfully continue progressing through my program lessons, but also to help me better understand the requirements needed to secure a teaching position that was being offered to me. Due to funding incentives tied to the position, it was extremely important for me to understand the process of becoming recognized as the Teacher of Record through the Emergency Certification/Deficiency Plan process. Jeremy was incredibly patient while walking me through the requirements, expectations, and next steps needed to move forward correctly and confidently. What stood out the most was his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to ensure I truly understood the information instead of simply rushing through the conversation. He made a stressful and overwhelming situation feel manageable and gave me clarity on how to proceed toward my teaching career goals.
