Teachers of Tomorrow’s customer service has completely gone down. I spoke to Amirah (spelling could be wrong) for 40 minutes being essentially called a liar & being told I was confused about communication that I received via email from them that I was reading verbatim to her. I needed to retake an exam & I submitted everything that was asked of me and someone who responded to my email only uploaded 1/2 of what I sent regarding CPE & Test Prep. I explained to Amirah that I submitted everything & she kept telling me that I have the info wrong when I actually did not. She said she couldn’t find the emails I was referring to despite me giving her the dates several times. She had me on hold 4-5 times for lengthy time periods + kept cutting me off while I was talking. Eventually she decided to stop listening to respond & found the email & updated everything, which I appreciate. That conversation rubbed me wrong & I didn’t appreciate the lack of consideration. She was apologetic for the long holds but she was trying to get me to understand how she’s right but whole time she’s loud and wrong. How don’t you see a email that y’all sent me?! Then apologize saying you found it after putting me on hold in the middle of me talking….40 minute call over lack of listening & stating I was not approved for a test I already took…she made this whole conversation hard for no reason.

Ishmale greeted me as thought he was glad that I called, he said thank you for every request he ask and I granted, such as hold on, click here.For information that he knew I would need to refer back to or remember he would say “note this” he gave me tiny quizzes to make I was getting what he explained. Especially on the field training sections.When I would unintentionally interrupt he would allow me to finish and he would respond with “I am glad you asked that question and we are going to cover this shortly or something similar.He was super thorough, knowledgeable and informative.Uniquely at the end of our conversation he informed me that I have a lot to complete in a short period of time, And he explained to me why he believed I could finish, it was not some generic speech he presents to every customer.His genuine reasoning for believing I could finished the course in this time frame was based on my feedback during our conversation and the characteristics he found in me during our conversation.This was by far the Best customer service, and assistance I have ever received.My prayer is that he is tripled blessed for his services and that Teachers of Tomorrow realize and acknowledge Ishmael for his Exceptional skills, talents,and work ethics- it’s rare.Blessings!He encouraged me and blessed my soul.Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience!👏

Update: Twinkle is another wonderful advisor I have had to assist me! She made she all my paperwork was in order, she even clarified some questions for me. Twinkle even listened to the testimony of my journey. Her energy was wonderful!! I really appreciate her helping me!!!Sin is an awesome advisor. She has assisted me with my ELA and also my SPED endorsement. She is thorough, caring, compassionate, and process driven. She will take the extra time to wait with you and speak with you about the particulars of your program to make sure you are on track. She reviews everything in your file. I recently had a great experience with Sun at Michigan Teachers of Tomorrow. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, quickly addressing my concerns and providing clear explanations to the questions that I had regarding my status in the program. Crystal has been an awesome advisor in the last year as I have been working through my Teachers of Tomorrow material in Alabama! The program has been a really convenient way to acquire my teaching certificate, while also having the opportunity to gain firsthand experience within the classroom. I have been working with Teachers of Tomorrow since August 2022 to fulfill the certification requirements for the State of Alabama. Crystal has always been extremely helpful with any questions that I have posed. If there are areas that she is not directly responsible for as an enrollment advisor, she always directs me to individuals who help me resolve any issues that have arisen. I also feel like she is "in my corner" and will talk to other individuals within the Teachers of Tomorrow program to get me the help I need. I am gaining valuable training with Teachers of Tomorrow and would recommend them to others.

I haven't started the courses yet, but I just finished the enrollment process today. I am excited to start this newest adventure in my life and I cannot wait to start teaching. During the admission process, I did have some issues when it came to getting my transcripts processed before being able to enroll though. There were moments where I kept getting different stories from the Enrollment Department about the status of my transcripts, but thankfully, I was able to get someone in the Enrollment Department who was able to help me get everything fixed with my transcripts so that I could finally enroll. Brandy was able to help me in the end with getting my transcripts officially approved for admission so that I could enroll. Everyone who helped me out was very nice though, especially Brandy. Brandy was amazing with helping me through the entire enrollment process and answering all of the questions I had. She walked me through everything during enrollment to make sure everything worked out perfectly. I really appreciate her help through all of this. She is absolutely amazing.
