Guidance through certification and into the classroom
Teachers of Tomorrow has been granted national accreditation by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AQEP) in Texas and Indiana. Additionally, we are approved providers in every state where we operate. These recognitions serve to validate our success and legitimacy as an educator preparation provider and ensure our programs meet high standards.

All right, to all my aspiring educators out there—Teachers of Tomorrow is the ACP for you.
0:10–0:25
You’ll apply to the program and complete observation hours with fellow teachers, learning from real, in‑the‑field classroom experience.
0:25–0:40
You’ll be thoroughly trained and equipped in classroom management, teaching strategies, and everything in between to help you confidently run your own classroom.
0:40–0:55
Next, you’ll take your certification exam and begin teaching in your own classroom for a full school year as a contracted teacher.
0:55–1:12
Throughout that process, you’ll be supported by a dedicated field advisor who will mentor you, guide you, and help you learn the ropes of becoming a successful classroom teacher.
1:12–End
Once that’s complete, you’re on your way to becoming a teacher who makes an impact—year after year.

Independent research conducted by Research for EDucator Equity & Excellence (REDEE) in the state of Texas shows that Teachers of Tomorrow prepares educators who perform on par with traditionally trained teachers, outperform other alternative route programs, and remain in the classroom longer.
New Teachers of Tomorrow teachers perform on par with traditionally student taught teachers in student academic growth.
In Math grades 4–8, new Teachers of Tomorrow teachers showed statistically equivalent student growth compared to teachers in a traditional student teaching pathway, and significantly higher growth than interns from other programs.
Principals rate Teachers of Tomorrow teachers above the state average for overall effectiveness.
On the statewide principal evaluation question measuring overall teacher quality and effectiveness, Teachers of Tomorrow teachers scored significantly higher than the Texas state average.
Teachers of Tomorrow teachers outperform other alternative route interns.
Across both Math and English, Teachers of Tomorrow teachers consistently performed significantly better than interns from other programs, particularly among beginning teachers with up to three years of experience.
Teachers of Tomorrow teachers stay in the classroom longer than other alternative route teachers.
The study found that teachers from other intern programs were significantly more likely to leave teaching in Texas than Teachers of Tomorrow teachers, demonstrating stronger early career persistence among Teachers of Tomorrow educators.
