Learn How to Become Texas Teacher Certified with No Degree

How It Works with No Degree

Increasingly, schools across Texas are launching Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, yet there is a shortage of qualified teachers for these classrooms.  If you have licensed work experience in any of a variety of technical fields, typically referred to as Trade & Industrial (T&I), you may meet the state requirements for certification in these areas and be exempt from completing a bachelor’s degree.  Also, some CTE certifications do not require licensed work experience.  Please read below and contact Texas Teachers if you are interested in pursuing CTE certification.
